When you are a member of ‘The Club’  you are entitled to free New Zealand wide shipping.  Free shipping is subject to the following criteria –

•  The purchase must be over $100 incl GST
•  It is only applicable to full price merchandise; sale items attract a shipping charge (see below re flat rate shipping)
•  Available NZ wide only; international shipping charges apply

Delivery is by the nominated courier company, it is tracked and for all urban areas has a delivery target of next business day.  Two days for rural areas.  The item is insured, should the item go missing it is the customers responsibility to complete the insurance claim. 

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day you place your order if the order was placed before 3pm; otherwise we will make sure your order is dispatched first thing the next morning.  If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday it will be sent on the next business day.  Please note if you place an order on Friday it will be delivered on the next business day - Monday. Shipping times are indicative only, Kiddy Couture takes no responsibility for delays once the item has left our possession. 

•  All deliveries within New Zealand that do not meet the criteria above are charged a flat rate of $5.

•  Shipping to Australia – NZD$10 flat rate and takes approximately 3-10 business days (approx $7.61 AUD*).

•  Shipping to the rest of the world –  NZD $20 flat rate and takes approximately 3-10 business days (approx £10.03 GBP, €11.95 EUR, ¥1,200 JPY and $15.46 USD*).  No GST (15%) is payable when you order and ship out of NZ.

If the cost of shipping is substantially less than charged the remainder will be refunded.
